Paramount Direct understands that you might have important errands that you should attend to, especially during weekends. That is why we have made Online Application available for you. Here are the steps how to apply online:

Step 1: On our website's home page, click on PRODUCTS so you can choose the kind of protection that you and your family need.

Step 2: Once you have chosen the perfect protection, just click APPLY NOW button and select the plan that will fit your budget.

Step 3: Completely fill out the application form. Once submitted, wait for the copies of your policy contract to be sent to your preferred mailing and email address.

Step 4: Review the policy contract and should you find everything in place, proceed to premium payment to immediately start the protection that you and your family deserve.

Our top priority is to fulfill your insurance needs with the most convenient ways which are the following:

1. Credit Card payment through AutoCharge facility

For a hassle-free payment, enroll your credit card to our AutoCharge facility by completely filling out the Credit Card Authorization Slip and sending it to us through directonline@paramount.com.ph.

2. Over-the-counter at any Banco de Oro (BDO) or Metrobank branch

a. Ask for a bill payment slip and fill in the following details:
* Company Name: Paramount Life Subscriber’s
* Account Name: Policyholder’s Name
* Subscriber’s Account Number: Policy Number or Numeric Policy Number

b. Present the completed slip and your payment to the bank teller for validation.

3. Over-the-counter at SM Bills Payment, Bayad Centers or LBC Express Payment facility

4. Through your Globe mobile phone using GCash

a. Dial *143# and select GCash

b. From the main menu, select: Pay Bills > Paramount Life

(You can also search alphabetically, by entering the first letter of the biller.)

4. Online payments through BPI Express Online, Bancnet Online, Metrobank Online
