The three benefits and programs of Pagibig Fund are the Housing Loan, where you can own a property that is payable up to 30 years; the Short Term Loan, which is classified into two: the Calamity Loan, which you can avail after a calamity, and the Multipurpose Loan, which you can avail for whatever purpose you desire; and the Provident Savings, which is the employee’s savings and total dividend earnings that can be claimed after 20 years of continuous payment.

  3. Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or Philhealth is a government health program. Philhealth pays a subsidy for room and board, drugs and medicines, laboratory exams, operational rooms, and professional fees during your or your dependents’ confinement of not less than 24 hours. Philhealth registration is mandatory for employed Filipinos, and you can avail of its benefits after your employer remits your three monthly contributions. It is the universal health care program that ensures sustainable national health insurance for all members, including indigent, senior citizens in the Philippines, and others.

  4. Health Insurance - Everyday travel increases your risk of acquiring diseases or injuries. Aside from that, your job may also cause you stress that may contribute to different health disorders such as heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, or stroke.
